An English speaker talks, and each listener reads captions and hears a translated voice on their own phone, in the language they choose: 10 languages, with dozens more on the way. Listeners scan a QR code and join in the browser, with no app and no account, and they are free on every plan.

BabelCast bills by the source-hour, not per listener. Pay as you go on Flex at $25 per source-hour, or take a membership from $99 per month (Essential, with 5 included source-hours). Annual billing takes 20% off, and the Scale plan works out to about $14 per source-hour. Listeners are always free, and the 7-day trial needs no card. Prices exclude applicable sales tax.

Each listener picks their own audio language and caption language independently, and can switch either one in the middle of a session. Listeners are free and never metered per person.

Translation is near real-time: captions and the translated voice follow the speaker by a few seconds. BabelCast transcribes, translates, and voices each phrase as the speaker talks, which keeps the delay short enough to follow a live talk. Each target language is processed independently, so adding languages never slows the others.

BabelCast translates from English into 10 languages, with dozens more on the way, and can broadcast up to all 10 simultaneously in one session, depending on plan: 4 on Flex and Essential, 8 on Operations, and all 10 on Business and Scale.
